Corvexa connects your sales pipeline, your warehouse floor, and your general ledger in a single, modern platform — built for growing operations, not enterprise procurement cycles.
Nothing to sync, nothing to reconcile — every module reads and writes to the same data.
Leads, a drag-and-drop opportunity pipeline, and support cases — the full path from first contact to signed deal.
Quotes, sales orders, customer-specific pricing, returns, and an in-person POS that posts straight to the ledger.
Purchase orders, supplier-specific pricing, landed costs, and approval routing before stock reaches the dock.
Receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship — with scannable barcode labels and live stock-on-hand by location.
Bills of materials and work orders that consume components and produce finished goods, right in the same stock ledger.
Invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and a general ledger that updates itself as the business moves.
Don’t need the whole ERP? Corvexa CRM runs on its own — leads, pipeline, and cases — and connects into whatever finance or ERP system you already run.
Give your customers their own self-service login to check invoices, quotes, and order status — without picking up the phone or waiting on an email back.
A documented REST API with per-tenant API keys connects Corvexa to the systems you already run elsewhere — including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Corvexa was built by someone who has led ERP implementations across these industries — so the workflows reflect how they really run, not a generic template.
If your business moves physical goods — orders in, stock around a warehouse, invoices out — Corvexa fits, inside or outside the industries above.
Suites like SAP, Oracle, and IFS are built for large, asset-intensive organizations — aerospace, energy, utilities — with the implementation teams, compliance depth, and budgets to match. Corvexa is built for a different job: giving a growing operation one connected system without a six-month rollout.
No servers to patch, no client software to install. Corvexa runs in the browser and is built multi-tenant from day one, so every customer gets their own isolated data on the same up-to-date platform.
Corvexa is founder-led, and we say so openly — that's the honest trade-off of getting the platform's architect on your call instead of a support queue. We don't ask you to just trust that; four controls hold regardless of who's available on a given day.
We don’t publish the Corvexa source code. Customers who need visibility — for a security review, or continuity assurance — can get it under a mutual NDA and a source code licence that keeps it confidential and off-limits for reuse. Full escrow, with a perpetual licence released to you if Corvexity can no longer support Corvexa, is available on request.
Yes. Items, customers, and suppliers all import by CSV, matched and updated by SKU so re-importing doesn’t create duplicates. Anything else can be added as you go.
Each customer has their own isolated database schema — it’s not logically possible for one customer’s queries to reach another’s data. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, sign-in supports multi-factor authentication, and business records stay in Australia. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Always, on request. There are no exit fees and no proprietary format — you get a standard export of everything in your workspace.
Yes — a documented REST API with per-tenant API keys, including a connector to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. If you use something else, talk to us about what’s needed.
